Raining Flowers

My lovely daughter told me when I was putting this together there wasn't a splash of Coral, it was too much so I made a second card that seemed to pass her inspection.  I like  to play along with the Playdate Challenges - it keeps me moving!

Using the Raining Flowers seemed to give me the "splash" of color I was missing on my first card, according to my daughter.  I used the sketch from Clean & Simple. I have no idea the last time I used staples in a card, but they aren't too bad!

I was going to give her some grief since this happened after 4 scrimmages of Rugby on Sunday afternoon. She is paying for her "toughness" with some sore knees and scratched up elbows.

the girls looked great and I thank the veteran players for helping the newbies out, since it was really their 4th practice, and it was a scrimmage. I know I am still learning the game!

Its RAINING ... flowers

Actually, we have had some really crazy weather... it can be in the 90s and then a HUGE tunderstorm rolls through, with terrible winds...last maybe 30- 45 minutes and then leaves..strange but true! It was alot like that in Pennsacola, Florida. Somehow when its in your own state it seems "weird".

A birthday card for a friend of mine that usually gets "Beachy, summery" type birthday cards... but I used Raining Flowers for the first time and added the two colors she has been falling in love with - Lucky Limeade & Wisteria Wonder.

I hope she likes it as much as I do!

Have a great day!  Hug the ones you love! Thanks for stopping by!
