There is nothing more heart wrenching then listening to your teenage daughter talk about how her friends are being "not so nice"... ok, maybe there is but she is 13 and sometimes I think (because she acts) she is 17 and preparing for the outside world. Its obvious that we {her and I} are at the stage where - she talks, I listen - I do not ask questions- I listen - or she stops talking. So with all that being said {or not}, we hugged and I gave her the advice that I often have to tell myself, "mean people suck"... she smiled, and then went to straighten her hair .. cuz that is what she does.
{see... I told you..}
I decided to put this together for her. I like the fact that this says so much, without saying too much... if that makes sense..
I didn't give it to her yet, since at the last moment, when I was cleaning up my mess, I realized... she would {{LOVE}} it in Daffodil Delight, since its her favorite color... she's my yellow freak. We will see. Afterall, its what we moms do right?

Beautiful card Chera and I'm not looking forward to those days when my daughter gets older. I would be furious with the not so nice girls.
