Evergreen trees

I am finally completed with my craft fairs for the season. I had a great time, met some wonderful people and some days didn't spend all the money I made. {wink wink}

I put these together in quick time! A little Red, a little white, a little green.. perfect Christmas combination!

Using the Evergreen tree and putting a glitter star on the top -
a little BLING!!!

Wrap Tulle as a bow, and it completes the card!

Dynamic Christmas

I have just returned from a weekend with some girls at my family's place on the Eastern Shores. Yes we had to check out the boardwalks to the two closest beaches, Rehoboth Beach, DE & Ocean City MD.

Ocean City, Fishing Pier, you can see where it collapsed.

Dynamic Duos

I used the Duos colors to help put together some more Christmas cards. I added some glitter to the page for alittle highlight. I also used an embossing folder on the Raspberry Ripple.

OCMD Public Parking- is now a "beach". Crews are working hard to get the sand back to the actual "beach" area.

Adding the More Merry Messages to the Evergreen was perfect addition to the card!

Rehoboth Beach, DE - November 3, 2012
There was some flood damage at Rehoboth, they worked around the clock to get it back to as normal as they could. Sandbags were still left at many store fronts. Of course, they cleaned up all the sand that was brought to boardwalk with large equipment and it was almost completed by November 3.

Hurricane Sandy relief efforts were in full force all weekend long!

Evergreen - PDCC150

The leaves are starting to change around here, as I look up at the mountain ridge. Its a great time of year! We've had a few crispy mornings over the weekend. Must mean it really is Autumn outside! I headed out to some fall festivals yesterday with a friend. Hit up some yard sales on the way home as well. It was definately time well spent.

With it being fall, I must get a move on a few more Christmas cards.  I was trying to get about 5 a month, during the summer and made 1.. period!!! So now I really must bust thru some.

I used the Playdate Cafe colors to push me through some not so traditional ones. Using the new Evergreen, was helpful since it has a sentiment with it.

I used the Apothecary framelits to cut out the tree, and then used the new Scalloped Tulle for a bow at the base of the tree. I used some Glimmer paper with the scallopped Trim (Tasteful Trim - Big Shot) on the sides.

PlayDate Cafe

There is still time to play at the PLAYDATE CAFE!
