Mojo went Masculine...

Man o Man... Boy oh Boy..

I am off and running with some masculine birthday cards.

Check it out and let me know what you think!

Blue Stars Birthday!

This card has the stars layered and then on dimensionals. I sponged the edges and though I should have wrapped hemp on it, I used the kraft ribbon. The background & sentiment stamp are both retired, but still in my stash. Some things you just never tire of!

Green Star Birthday!

Again, the same layout, but color & sentiment change. I added 4 eyelets and knotted the ribbon - gave it a different look. Do not worry, I will still be practicing my manly cards!

It also helped that the Latenightstampers had a "birthday" challenge!

Thanks for stopping by!

its begining to look alot like.. Christmas??

Its November, the time I say every year I will have my Christmas shopping done before Tthanksgiving. I cannot deal with the rude shoppers, thank goodness I get most of mine done online. However for those 'odd and ends' that force me to stores, I need to get it completed by then. THANKFULLY, I am on the home stretch! Of course their is a birthday that is coming up that I must shop for... but STILL!!!

I can relax alittle and get some Christmas cards done. I wish you could see the shiny glitter in this picture however, after 4 shots and it wasn't showing up... you will have to use your imagination to see it!

I have some cleaning up to do, and found pieces that I was able to use here. I like the Not so Navy with the silver and grey. Its the sentiment I had to work in that I am not 'crazy about'.

Thanks for looking! Have a great day!!!

feeling alittle Blue...

Happy Veterans Day! To all those that serve this country in whatever means you do - thank you for all you do and I know that one day of thanks isn't nearly enough. I have been fortunate enough to have military servicemen among my life, not only in my family but circle of friends as well. It helps define the word freedom and hero. Each time I see them - I thank them for their service. It brings alittle sadness to my heart on days like today- with remembering all those that have lost their life for us. So thank you again to all the Service members & Veterans out there!

Today I have the medallion in Not so Navy for you. I really need to use this stamp more, the possibilities are endless, and truely its just classy. I dressed it up with some pearls and added pearls to the top that I colored Not So Navy. I stamped Cherish on the ribbon, however its more visible IRL then here.
