One of a kind?

I haven't done much with Vellum, but I am trying. So I wanted to soften a design that I prestamped months ago, when I borrowed this stamp set. I am not sure if I am won over by this design, but it was interesting. I had to figure out how I was going to attach it, so my cardstock is long enough that it wraps around the vellum, so you cannot see the glue. Easy peasy. No glitter, no sparkle, maybe that is what it needs.... still a work in progress....

One of those days...

Coming into work after a beautiful weekend like we just had - is hard. It was truly a weekend where you didn't want to be in the house for any amount of time.

Here is a card I did recently for a swap. As I mentioned before, I have been participated in swaps to keep the creative juices flowing. I had to borrow this stamp set, but I like it enough, I might have to have it.

One of a kind

I particpated in another birthday swap, which I heard went postal today, so I thought I would share. I find it hard sometimes to make birthday cards, for all kinds of people. Having other ideas in my basket helps get the creative juices flowing... so why not swap. I like seeing what people put together with sets I may or may not have in my collection. And the color combinations sometimes help too!!


This set I was ready to make birthday cards for a craft bazaar, but I haven't heard if there is space available - so in the meantime I swapped out some cards I produced.
