Bloggers Challenge - Sympathy

At Bloggers Challenge, its "to die for" and boy did I use the dies on this card today! I have the Tasteful Trim (scallop), Butterflies and the Petal Cone (glimmer). I also used the Stripes embosslit for the Big Shot as well.  I added the rhinestones for some extra bling and quick sentiment - then wah laa...  card completed!

I loved the color challenge from Just Add Ink, so elegant!

I tried pictures numerous ways

Tuesday Birthday

Did you miss me?
I am extremely sorry that I have been gone!

Lots happening at the Craft Cave,  but I won't bore you with details.  I will just tell ya, I hope you will be seeing more blog posts than the last few weeks!

June is huge birthday month for me... especially because Lil C has her own day arriving shortly - June 11. She thinks every year she will have the most amazing birthday ever, then decides to keep it calm with some friends at the house, or shore place and that is it.

This year being 15, she has the same attitude... we will head to the shore, with two friends and then next weekend have family over for cake and celebration.

I needed a teen gift... for a seventeen year old, who is as sweet as can be, works hard and studies hard and plays hard. I made just a little sweet treat for him and tried to remain neutral with the card too!

I used the Petal Cone die (Big Shot)  and then stuffed it with Hershey kisses. Who wouldn't like that??

Easter Monday

I hope everyone had a wonderful Spring break  - Easter  day!  I had some time to enjoy moments with the family and friends from out of town. Which put me behind in getting some Easter goodies out - but hey... I got the most important ones completed!

I had been thinking of this - and then when I say Monika Davis do hers - I knew I had to complete mine.  Of course, the 3 year old niece didn't want to be bothered with anything on Easter Sunday. It was all we had to get her to egg hunt - but she did.   I made these for her - and in the lunch tote was an addition to her Loving Family Dollhouse- Summer Fun - with a kayak & horse!
Based on Monika's invites

The rest of the gang got Cinnamon Clusters - Peanuts & Cashews - with bunnies on them.  And the lovely niece got Ranch crackers - since she cannot have nuts. ... yet!

Happy Easter Monday everyone !

Have a great day!

Its a party!

I missed the challenge entry... but still thought to share! Aren't these great colors!  I couldn't wait to buckle down and use them, but I guess, I waited too long~ story of my life! {{wink wink}}

I used the Petal Cone die to make a party hat! Isn't he just the cutest?  I did emboss the hat with the larger dots, and therefore gave it some personality.  My flare for the hat didn't come out exactly as I wished, but its a starting point!

What a great table topper for a party too! I really like this die.. thank you again SU! for pulling this one thru!

I used the Baymuda Bay (retired) with Celery and So Saffron. Since they seemed to be closest to the challenge colors!

Thank you for stopping by!
