Luminary-- luminaria..?

As a little extra for my mom and grandmother, I made luminarias... or which ever "word" you prefer. I used the battery operated tea lights in the center. This caused my dear father some enjoyment since my mother has been burning some "wicked scent" lately he told me. I learned later that my sister got my mom a Scentsy.

Raining Reindeer

Days ago I was off work for some home remodelling, really I wanted to get my Christmas cards done- uninterrupted and hassle free.... well that didn't happen, the night before I had sliced the tip of my thumb almost off, so doing the christmas cards I had orgininally planned, since the hand was throbbing.... so instead, I made reindeer.... about 40 of them... and I still had other christmas cards to make, but these reindeer went to my fiancee's portion of the christmas list.

OH DEER!!!!

Its deer season and of course I couldn't pass up the opportunity to try this triangle box. The trickest part was those darn antlers! I has alot of fun making these and will be making more. What you cannot see is the crystal effects that I used on the noses, and the eyes. I switched out the red ribbon for the black ribbon before I gave them away. I thought they made great gifts that were holiday oriented, and recently heard that they are being used as gift car holders for a xmas gift for another relative... I filled them with 4 PB cups and 4 kisses. They all fit and were enjoyed!
