Un named Flower

I have a garden... it brings me great fruit to all my labor, it allows me to further my education regarding vegetables, plants, bugs and all sorts of other stuff that I wouldn't really know about if I didn't garden...blah blah blah..

ANYWAYS- I found a bag that was empty, torn and the remnants of it clearly needs to be investigated, since I could barely make it out... I assume it looks something like this?

Christmas Crotus? We called it the "jaggy little flower"... I still have to research this

My version:

I used my Two step Bird punch and pop up dimensionals, and then the Owl punch for the center yellow.

Thanks for stopping by... if you have any ideas of what this is.. please share?

Tulips! Take Two...

First of all, I know we are days away from Spring! I couldn't be happier! Especially knowing that I can see the greens to my tulips and daffodils coming up since all that nasty snow is gone!

So here are my tulips:

Late last night while the Crystal Effects was drying on the petals, I couldn't decide what else I wanted for this card. And then I knew it when I got up.. alittle friendship card.
So here is the Take Two on the Tulips, so before I ran out the door for work, I snapped this.

Ingredients: CS: Bermuda Bay, Eggplant, Perfect Plum, Old Olive; Two step bird punch& Ornament; Bermuda Bay Ribbon, Eggplant Ribbon, Crystal Effects & Rhinestones

Thanks for visiting!

Pillow box Pretzels

I have been looking at making a basket with the pillow box for a while.. this was my first shot.. not bad.. It fits 4 large pretzels that I have dunked in Peanut Butter and then Chocolate! I used the Glassine bags from SU! to house the confections!

Enjoy! .. or just let your mouth water...

The flower it just the 'flip top' of the pillow box; the stuff I cut off for the 'crown look'. The greens from the two step bird worked well here.

Thanks for stopping by.

SING like a BIRD

...Fall out of bed, sing like a bird....

Aren't they cute? Its amazing what these little birds will do for attention. When I was creating this album, this punch wouldn't fit into my punch holder, it kept falling out onto the table - then it hit me SING LIKE A BIRD! ... Gosh oh mighty- I can use this and BAM it was done! ... all except for those dang music notes, those were time consuming!

I hope you enjoy the lyrics for Smile by Uncle Kracker, as I venture into the punch art world while putting together this album.

Stay tuned for some more!
