Hand in Hand or Far Apart

You are on my mind and in my heart"

I had to clean my table area up.. get rid of some items that were just clogging up space and get re organized. I should have known that when I even attempted to get near the craft table, I would sit and create, or revisit what was laying around... I forgot about this cute little pink and brown card I made in hope I would remember a Challenge on SCS- for CAS card (Clean and Simple).

I didn't remember, but I wanted to show it off. I got alittle carried away with the stickles, but if I recall, I believe I was having difficulties with the bottle of it... nonetheless, its pretty enough for me to want to zip it in the mail.

The Stickles pretty it up- but maybe alittle too much Stickles on this delicate flower! I popped it up and like the clean look.

Inside it says "Miss you"

more Valentines

I didn't use much of the pomegranate when it was a In color, and now I have fallen love with it. I like it with brown, the crispness white gives it and of course with black. I wanted some Valentines that wouldn't the normal "red and pink combinations.... I like the way this turned out...
PLUS I used some more of those Fiskars textured templates that you rub with a stylus or a texture tool. I used "dots" on the white, and then "hearts" on the pomegranate heart -its on a dimensional right below the ribbon. The ribbon has just enough UMP that it puts the card together... without overboard.. Don't you think so?
Thanks for looking!

Life 's fairytale

I wanted to use colors that were alittle more "manly" for an engagement, wedding, or whatever card... cause you never know when you need one. I also looked thru all my textured templates and wanted to put texture on the solid brown- but I didn't find what I wanted.. so I left it go.

I think the buttons give a more masculine feel to the card, since there is no glitter, ribbon, bows, etc.

Enough of the Upsy...?

I couldn't help myself... I am just too lazy to put the stamp set away and pull another one from the stash... but I managed a pink card and its not the end of the week!!! Aren't you proud?

In total I have 15 cards for the hospice. I have been trying to cover down on Get Well, Thinking of you, Birthday and a few thank you cards... I can be very thankful for my daughters swim team practices that are 1 1/2 hours long every evening, otherwise, I wouldn't be able to get some of this stuff done. You wouldn't believe the bag that I carry with me in order to make cards... and then if I run out of adhesive.. OH ITS NOT GOOD!!!!....

I know its hard to see, but I scalloped the edge and inserted green inside the card, and put about four of the flowers on the green paper.
